2025 has been another successful year for the students and their productons. The students are so committed and involved in the productions and look forward to another successful year of engaging and entertaining shows. 

Ms Jenab Manjaliya is currently finishing her 3rd year nursing education with financial assistance from Danish donors who are contributing 8000 DKK per year to pay for all her educational and living costs. Among them three students have joined higher secondary, one at the Industrial Institute, and one has joined a three-year polytechnic Computer course. Our talented Hostel student Jenab finished high school and is now attending College to become a nurse. The Hostel students continue to plant vegetables and flowers. This creates a connection to their environment and produce vegetables for their kitchen.

Due to a generous Donation in January 2024, it was possible for the Hostel to purchase a new printer and laptop. The new equipment will help cut printing costs and make it easier for the teachers and Davindra to produce reports.

Moving School’s Headmaster and teachers continue to provide and support the children in various theatre productions and singing competitions. 7 shows were performed in Gujarat and the theatre team were invited to Pune to perform. Two of the students won a singing contest as seen in the picture.

In the spring of 2023 our hostel children were invited by the Indian Government to go to Goa to preform their theatre play about the freedom fighters during independence. Devendra Kandolkar again made this theatre work a life changing experience for these young students.
